
We welcome you to visit our local Sydney Showroom, where you are invited to view our Ready to Wear collection for inspiration – including our handmade crowns and headpieces, fashion jewellery and exclusive bridal range. From here, we can design a unique piece, confirm a no-obligation quote and production time frames for you. Once you confirm with us, we will invite you back to view your pieces at different stages of production to ensure you are happy and comfortable every step of the way.
Don’t have a long time before your event, or have a tighter budget in mind? That’s ok, we have options! We carry unique, one-off styles that are also available to purchase. So, whatever your ideal price point or timeframe, we can work with you!

This depends on what kind of piece and design you are after. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeframe, however we do recommend allowing at least 6 weeks for a bespoke headpiece and 3 weeks for bespoke jewellery and accessories. Is your event sooner than that? Please get in touch with us anyway and we will see what we can do 🙂

We know how important it is to get advice from the ones you love! You are welcome to bring family and friends with you.
We understand that things can come up and you might not be able to make your appointment. We ask that where possible you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. This will allow us to make the appointment time available to others.
To maintain our quality service and design work, we work by appointment. We are very flexible with appointments, so please get in touch so you can start browsing our designs 🙂
No, unfortunately we don’t offer our bespoke, custom made design process to clients outside of NSW (for now!). You are welcome to order and purchase pieces directly from our online store. International delivery is not offered at this time.
Yes, we have a beautiful exclusive range of ready to wear pieces. Our ready to wear collection is generally available for immediate postage/shipping to local and interstate clients. Please visit our online store to view the entire collection.
Bespoke pieces
John Khoury Design accepts deposits and final payments via cash and direct transfer for bespoke custom-made pieces. Payment terms will be discussed with you during your consultation appointment with our designers.
Online purchases
For our online boutique, Credit card and Pay Pal payments are accepted for local and interstate clients. No cheques are accepted.
Yes, GST is already included in the price of each item.
Please choose carefully as our designs are handmade designer items. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you simply change your mind.
If you wish to return items due to perceived faults or damage, John Khoury Design will request that the item be returned (at the customer’s cost) to assess the item and determine whether the fault or damage was caused in the manufacture of the item.
If a manufacturing fault is found, John Khoury Design will repair, replace or refund the item.
If John Khoury Design determines that the damage has been caused intentionally or from mistreatment, no refunds will be given. The customer has the option to request John Khoury Design to repair the item, all repairs will be at the customers cost.
If a customer is entitled to a refund, this will occur within 14 business days of John Khoury Design receiving that notice.
As a goodwill gesture, we have a 14 day return and exchange policy for unused and undamaged products purchased from our online store (excluding sale items).
If you change your mind, simply obtain a ‘Return Authorisation form’ from us first and then return the item. John Khoury Design does not cover the return postage cost. You can exchange your item for another piece, or request a credit note that will be valid for 12 months from its issue date.
If you do not return the products within 14 days of delivery, do not have a Return Authorisation form, or return any products in a used or damaged condition, we may refuse to give you an exchange or credit note.
Please note that in interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept exchanges/returns on pierced earrings.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email within 2 – 3 business days and inform you of the expected delivery if the product is not already noted as ‘out of stock’ on the website.

All custom made fashion jewellery and accessories are hand crafted and therefore very delicate. Each crystal is individually set in metal plating, so special care is required.
- Store your pieces in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
- Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap or lotion) as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating, as well as cause discolouration and loss of crystal brilliance. The same applies when wearing one of our headpieces or crowns.
- Put your pieces on last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
- Avoid contact with water.
Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the crystal(s).
John Khoury Design will not repair, replace or substitute any goods that have been, in the company’s opinion, subject to an accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence or misuse that results in tarnishing of the jewellery/accessories.
