All orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.

All orders within Australia are posted via Australia Post (express post with signature on delivery).

Postage time may vary depending on your location, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery, however express post in most major capital cities around Australia should occur next day.

International shipping is not offered at this time.

Shipping costs

Online purchases under $100 will incur an Australia post flat rate cost of $12.95.

Online purchases over $100 will receive complimentary shipping.

 

Other Information

All orders require a signature upon receipt so please have items shipped to a location you will be present (i.e. residential premises or business address) between 8am and 5pm. Please note we are unable to ship internationally.

We take no responsibility for incorrect details entered once your order has been dispatched. If incorrect details have been submitted we suggest that you contact us immediately via info@johnkhourydesign.com.au

Delivery address cannot be changed or cancelled once order(s) has been dispatched.

 

Out Of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email within 2 – 3 business days and inform you of the expected delivery if the product is not already noted as ‘out of stock’ on the website.

Returns

Bespoke custom-made pieces

Please choose carefully as our designs are handmade designer items. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you simply change your mind.

If you wish to return items due to perceived faults or damage, John Khoury Design will request that the item be returned (at the customer’s cost) to assess the item and determine whether the fault or damage was caused in the manufacture of the item.

If a manufacturing fault is found, John Khoury Design will repair, replace or refund the item.

If John Khoury Design determines that the damage has been caused intentionally or from mistreatment, no refunds will be given. The customer has the option to request John Khoury Design to repair the item, all repairs will be at the customers cost.

If a customer is entitled to a refund, this will occur within 14 business days of John Khoury Design receiving that notice.

Online Shop

As a goodwill gesture, we have a 14 day return and exchange policy for unused and undamaged products purchased from our online store (excluding sale items).

If you change your mind, simply obtain a ‘Return Authorisation form’ from us first and then return the item. John Khoury Design does not cover the return postage cost. You can exchange your item for another piece, or request a credit note that will be valid for 12 months from its issue date.

If you do not return the products within 14 days of delivery, do not have a Return Authorisation form, or return any products in a used or damaged condition, we may refuse to give you an exchange or credit note.

Please note that in interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept exchanges/returns on pierced earrings.

 

Warranty

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, we offer a 6 month limited warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing defects on all pieces purchased from John Khoury Design. We will, at our option, repair or replace jewellery proven by our jewellers to be defective within 6 months after the date of purchase.
